PrivacyPolicy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026
neulinc.com

Neulinc LLC ("Neulinc," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you engage our Services, visit our website (neulinc.com), or otherwise interact with us.

This policy applies to: (1) prospective and current clients, (2) visitors to our website, and (3) end users whose data is processed as part of our AI and implementation services delivered to our clients.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact and business information (name, company name, email, phone number, business address)
  • Billing and payment information (processed via third-party payment processors; Neulinc does not store full payment card numbers)
  • Service configuration information (workflow details, call scripts, routing instructions, intake questions)
  • Communications with Neulinc (emails, support requests, meeting notes)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Website usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
  • Device information (operating system, device identifiers)

1.3 End-User Data Processed on Behalf of Clients

In providing AI and implementation services, Neulinc may process data about our clients' customers, callers, patients, or other end users. This data is processed as a service provider acting on behalf of our clients. Such data may include:

  • Caller name, phone number, and call recordings (Voice AI Receptionist)
  • Website chat transcripts and any contact details a visitor enters into a chat agent we deploy for a client
  • Intake form responses and case or appointment information
  • Customer contact information transmitted through automated workflows

Neulinc processes end-user data only as directed by clients and does not use this data for Neulinc's own marketing or analytics purposes.

1.4 Sensitive Data

Given our client verticals, Neulinc may incidentally process sensitive data including health information (dental/medical clients) and legally privileged information (law firm clients). We apply heightened protections to such data and comply with applicable regulations, including HIPAA Business Associate Agreement requirements where applicable.

1.5 Free AI Policy Generator Tool

The AI Policy Generator at neulinc.com/ai-policy-generator/ is a free, browser-based tool. Here is how data flows:

  • Your answers stay in your browser. The step-by-step questionnaire and all generated policy documents (AI Acceptable Use Policy, cheat sheet, signature page and rollout checklist) are computed entirely in your browser. This content is never transmitted to Neulinc.
  • What is sent when you submit the gate form. When you choose to receive your policy, you submit a short form with your name, email address, organization name and a one-line-per-answer summary of your questionnaire choices. No policy text is included in this submission.
  • How we use that information. We use it to follow up about the tool and Neulinc's services, and to understand how organizations are using the generator. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Retention. Lead submissions from the tool are retained for up to two (2) years or until you request deletion.

To request deletion of a submission, email legal@neulinc.com with the email address you used.
