Not automatically. It is a starting template based on your answers. To make it your organization's official policy, have a qualified attorney review it, adopt it through your normal policy process and have staff acknowledge it in writing.
The template addresses common AI governance concerns for each organization type. It includes a professional-guidance note for law firms referencing ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2024). It does not reference specific statutes by number and is not compliance certification of any kind. Have qualified legal counsel review it for the rules that apply to you.
